The Fire Pit Lucas brings the light to your garden!  'Lucas' means “light” or  “someone who brings light”. The perfect way to create unforgettable moments with family and friends. This is the biggest fire pit in the GrillSymbol product range. 

Made of Corten steel which is almost pure carbon steel but processed in order to have a protective layer on the surface to make it weather-proof. The surface is originally greyish, due the weather conditions it turns reddish-brown (resembles the colour of rusting), which becomes darker within time.

If used properly, Corten steel is expressive, durable and maintenance-free and can stand time in its own peculiar way.

  • Material of the exterior panel of the fire pit: 3 mm Corten steel
  • Material legs:  6 mm stainless steel
  • Diameter:  95 cm
  • Height:  45 cm
  • Total weight of the set:  60 kg (packed on a pallet for transport)
  • There is a basket for ash inside the interior panel - easy to clean
  • Basket measures:  60cm x 60cm x 12cm
  • The outdoor wood burning fireplace pit is supported on the ground by three legs
  • A lid for this fire pit is available as an accessory.

Note: This product must not be installed on a wooden surface as the fire pit will become hot from the bottom during the fire. There are holes in the bottom of the fire pit from which small pieces of coal can fall out. The holes in the bottom act as drainage holes to prevent standing water from accumulating inside the fire pit.

Note:  Cor-Ten steel products are delivered untreated. When brand new, COR-TEN® steel is grey in colour like usual hot-rolled steel. You can find seasoning instructions on our website or you can scan directly from the product. Cor-Ten steel products can be stored outdoors all year round. Does not require storage.

Delivery

We currently offer free delivery to all locations within mainland United Kingdom. If you are outside of mainland UK, namely Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland, please contact us to discuss your delivery options before placing your order.  

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase.  

We immediately check to confirm that your order is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on back-order or unavailable we will hold the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via e-mail to see if alternate arrangements can be made.  

If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and get to work preparing your order for shipment.

Order Delivery

If your order is in stock - we process the charges to your credit card and it will be dispatched within two business days. Please allow an additional 2-7 days delivery time, depending on your order.   

We will send you delivery confirmation and details within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive confirmation from us within four business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at hello@alfrescooutdoorliving.co.uk.

We outline our estimated delivery times for each product on the respective product page, and we will do our utmost to keep these updated. Should there be any changes in our estimated delivery time, we will contact you immediately to discuss. 

International Delivery

At this time we are not offering international delivery. Please contact us on 0345 2578131 to discuss as required.

Please be aware that our products are made specifically for the United Kingdom market. This means that (where applicable) they require a 240V electrical system to function correctly.  Our products have generally not been certified for use with other countries electrical safety standards, they are only certified to United Kingdom standards.

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery or do not agree to accept the delivery.

If you do accept delivery you are required to immediately take photos using your smart phone or camera of the damaged packaging or products inside the packaging. 

If your item(s) do arrive damaged please send photos to  hello@alfrescooutdoorliving.co.uk, then visit our Returns page and lodge your return claim online.

Returns

If you decide you want to return an item for any reason within 30 days after receipt of your order, please email us at hello@alfrescooutdoorliving.co.uk with your order number and we will provide detailed instructions on how to process the return.

Please note, you as the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs of the item(s) in your order.

Once your returned item(s) have been received and inspected at our warehouse(s), we will send you an email notification that we have processed your return payment.

*Please note: In order to receive a refund for the item(s) ordered, the item(s) must arrive back to our distribution centre in "Like New" condition and must contain all original packaging and accessories.

"Like New" means that the items you ordered must not show any visual signs of use or wear.

If items are returned with visual signs of use or wear, or have any issues due to use, it will not be accepted and no refund will be given.

Damages

Alfresco Outdoor Living will pay for shipping defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise at our cost.

Remember to keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. All returns need to be authorised by our customer service team prior to being processed. 

We will ensure you get the product you ordered, undamaged, as soon as possible. Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees.

Cancellations received before shipment will receive a full refund.

Orders cancelled after items have shipped will follow our 30 Day Return policy and will be subject to return delivery costs.
