Pizzo-XL-set-inox consists of the Pizzo-inox pizza oven and the large Baso-inox-XL prep table. A great combination of Italian content and Nordic practical design. Those who have eaten pizza made in a wood fired oven know what to expect!

Pizzas are ready in minutes thanks to the high temperature, which is between 300-400°C. The prep table allows you to do all the prep work right next to the pizza oven.

The Pizzo pizza oven isn’t just for making pizzas – it is suitable for baking a variety of pastries and breads in it, think white bread, rye bread, ciabatta. Thanks to its excellent thermal insulation, the oven stays hot for a long time and allows you to cook a wide variety of dishes.

Wheels can be attached to the stand, wheels are available as accessories.

We currently deliver to all locations within the United Kingdom. If you are outside of mainland UK, namely Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland, please contact us to discuss your delivery options before placing your order.  

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase.  

We immediately check to confirm that your order is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on back-order or unavailable we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via e-mail to see if alternate arrangements can be made.  

If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and get to work preparing your order for shipment.

Order Delivery

If your order is in stock - we process the charges to your credit card and it will be dispatched within two business days. Please allow an additional 2-7 days delivery time, depending on your order.   

We will send you delivery confirmation and details within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive confirmation from us within four business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at hello@alfrescooutdoorliving.co.uk.

We outline our estimated delivery times for each product on their respective page, and will do our utmost to keep these updated. Should there be any changes in our estimated delivery time, we will contact you immediately to discuss. 

International Delivery

At this time we are not offering international delivery. Please contact us on 0345 2578131 to discuss as required.

Please be aware that our products are made specifically for the United Kingdom market. This means that (where applicable) they require a 240V electrical system to function correctly.  Our products have generally not been certified for use with other countries electrical safety standards, they are only certified to United Kingdom standards.

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery or do not agree to accept the delivery.

If you do accept delivery you are required to immediately take photos using your smart phone or camera of the damaged packaging or products inside the packaging.

*Please note: In order to receive a refund for the item(s) ordered, the item(s) must arrive back to our distribution centre in "Like New" condition and must contain all original packaging and accessories.

"Like New" means that the items you ordered must not show any visual signs of use or wear.

If items are returned with visual signs of use or wear, or have any issues due to use, it will not be accepted and no refund will be given.
